Les sources animales de vitamine D<sub>3<\/sub> sont&nbsp;: les huiles de foie de poissons, les poissons gras, le foie (abats), le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, la viande et les mati\u00e8res grasses du lait.<br> <br> L\u2019apport de vitamine D est assur\u00e9, en majeur partie, par une synth\u00e8se de cette vitamine au niveau des couches profondes de la peau lors d\u2019une exposition au soleil. En effet, un pr\u00e9curseur de la vitamine D appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;pr\u00e9-vitamine D&nbsp;\u00bb (d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du cholest\u00e9rol) se transforme en vitamine D<sub>3<\/sub> sous l\u2019effet des rayons ultraviolets B (UVB). &nbsp;<br> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"995\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/P1060474-995x1024.jpg\" alt=\"vitamine D, fleur\" class=\"wp-image-672\" srcset=\"https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/P1060474-995x1024.jpg 995w, https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/P1060474-291x300.jpg 291w, https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/P1060474-768x791.jpg 768w, https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/P1060474-350x360.jpg 350w, https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/P1060474.jpg 2001w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 995px) 100vw, 995px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Dans notre r\u00e9gion (Sud-Est) o\u00f9 le temps est particuli\u00e8rement cl\u00e9ment, le soleil permet donc la fabrication de vitamine D de mi-avril \u00e0 fin octobre si&nbsp;:<br><br>&#8211; Il y a une exposition au soleil d\u2019au moins 20 min par jour<br>&#8211; Il y a une exposition au soleil sans protection solaire (elle fait barri\u00e8re aux UVB et limite donc la synth\u00e8se de vitamine D<sub>3<\/sub>)<br>&#8211; Il n\u2019y a pas\/peu de pollution atmosph\u00e9rique (c\u2019est le m\u00eame principe de barri\u00e8re aux UVB)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me c\u2019est que les UVB sont ceux contre lesquels nous nous prot\u00e9geons\navec des cr\u00e8mes solaires car ils provoquent des coups de soleil. Alors comment\nsynth\u00e9tiser de la vitamine D sans se br\u00fbler&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La solution est de s\u2019exposer au soleil raisonnablement et sans protection solaire (d\u2019ailleurs particuli\u00e8rement toxique pour l\u2019organisme avec les nombreux produits chimiques qu\u2019elle contient). En sachant que 20 min d\u2019exposition au soleil suffisent \u00e0 synth\u00e9tiser quotidiennement de la vitamine D, bouquiner ou jardiner tranquillement dehors \u00e0 partir de 16h est donc suffisant pour assurer un apport en vitamine D.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 45%\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"473\" height=\"572\" src=\"http:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/synth\u00e8se-vitamine-D.jpg\" alt=\"synth\u00e8se vitamine D\" class=\"wp-image-699\" srcset=\"https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/synth\u00e8se-vitamine-D.jpg 473w, https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/synth\u00e8se-vitamine-D-248x300.jpg 248w, https:\/\/camillebonnin-naturopathe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/synth\u00e8se-vitamine-D-298x360.jpg 298w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 473px) 100vw, 473px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h4>R\u00e9serves&nbsp;et carence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamine D, amen\u00e9e par l\u2019alimentation ou synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e par l\u2019organisme, est conduite au foie par voie sanguine o\u00f9 elle subit une premi\u00e8re transformation (ajout d\u2019un groupement OH). La forme de vitamine D ainsi produite est transport\u00e9e, en grande partie, au niveau des reins o\u00f9 elle sera transform\u00e9e en une autre forme plus active. Le reste est stock\u00e9 sous forme de r\u00e9serves dans les muscles et le tissu adipeux. Cette vitamine D \u00ab&nbsp;stock\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb p\u00e9rime au bout de 2 mois. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance de s\u2019exposer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au soleil durant la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 la synth\u00e8se de vitamine D est possible (de mi-avril \u00e0 fin octobre) afin d\u2019avoir un stock suffisant pour passer l\u2019automne et l\u2019hiver sans carence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les apports en vitamine D n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisants, une carence peut apparaitre et engendrer certains sympt\u00f4mes dont&nbsp;: fatigue, faiblesse musculaire, crampes, douleurs osseuses, d\u00e9prime, d\u00e9sordres intestinaux,\u2026<br>Dans ce cas, il est possible de se suppl\u00e9menter en vitamine D (d\u2019origine animale ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tale) en sachant qu\u2019il ne faut pas prendre plus de 20 mg par jour et qu\u2019il faut commencer \u00e0 partir de fin novembre\/d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre apr\u00e8s avoir fait un bilan sanguin.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9finition La vitamine D fait partie de la famille des vitamines liposolubles (solubles dans la graisse).
