Lors de la premi\u00e8re consultation<\/a> de naturopathie, je vous re\u00e7ois pendant 1h30 durant lesquelles je vais \u00e9tablir votre bilan de vitalit\u00e9 pour estimer votre \u00e9nergie vitale \u00e0 l\u2019instant \u00ab t \u00bb o\u00f9 vous venez me voir et ainsi pouvoir vous accompagner au mieux, c’est-\u00e0-dire de la fa\u00e7on la plus adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 vous et votre fonctionnement.

Afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer votre vitalit\u00e9 du moment, cette consultation repose sur :

–  Une anamn\u00e8se : c\u2019est un \u00e9change entre vous et moi afin de retracer votre histoire de vie et pour conna\u00eetre d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles r\u00e9currences pathologiques, des origines tox\u00e9miques (vaccins, traitements m\u00e9dicaux au long cours, anesth\u00e9sies,\u2026) et d\u00e9celer d\u2019\u00e9ventuels liens entre votre symptomatique et votre hygi\u00e8ne de vie.

– Un bilan iridologique : c\u2019est une observation de vos iris qui sont le \u00ab miroir \u00bb de votre organisme et de son fonctionnement. \u00c0 travers eux, je peux voir vos forces et vos faiblesses organiques et m\u00e9taboliques mais aussi votre fonctionnement nerveux, la tox\u00e9mie accumul\u00e9e dans vos tissus, votre vitalit\u00e9,\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 noter que l\u2019iridologie est une analyse de signes et de pr\u00e9dispositions qui peuvent ou non se confirmer mais qu\u2019elle ne constitue en rien un diagnostic.

– Un bilan palpatoire : cela consiste \u00e0 observer quelques points au niveau de votre corps et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer si vous ressentez une sensibilit\u00e9 ou une douleur dans certaines zones.

– Un bilan \u00e9monctoriel : c\u2019est un ensemble de questions pos\u00e9es sur vos \u00e9monctoires (organes qui \u00e9liminent les d\u00e9chets de votre organisme) et leur fonctionnement pour d\u00e9celer un encrassement, un ralentissement ou une surcharge \u00e9ventuelle.

– Bilan alimentaire : il s\u2019agit de conna\u00eetre votre alimentation au quotidien et d\u2019en \u00e9valuer les diff\u00e9rents  aspects (quantit\u00e9, qualit\u00e9, temps des repas, composition des menus, sati\u00e9t\u00e9,\u2026)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Conseils et suivi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est au terme de ce bilan de vitalit\u00e9 et avec les informations recueillies que je pourrai vous \u00e9tablir des conseils naturopathiques personnalis\u00e9s. Ceux-ci reposent sur des ajustements de votre hygi\u00e8ne de vie et de votre alimentation, et sur l\u2019emploi d\u2019une ou plusieurs techniques naturelles<\/a><\/u> \u00e0 ma disposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une consultation de naturopathie donne id\u00e9alement lieu \u00e0 une consultation de suivi<\/a><\/u> dans les 3 semaines\/1 mois afin de conna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9volution de votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 suite aux conseils prodigu\u00e9s et pour ajuster la cure choisie lors de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente consultation (voir les cures<\/a><\/u>). L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant toujours de vous accompagner petit \u00e0 petit pour retrouver ou conserver votre sant\u00e9 et ce durablement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
